I made Jamie Oliver's Famous Banana Cheesecake Recipe and I am very proud of myself!
What you'll need:
Ingredients:
2 Bars of Dark Chocolate (approx 6 oz)
300 G of Biscuit Cookies (I used 6 packets of Belvita Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cookies)
8 Overripe Bananas
2 Cups of light cream cheese
1 13.4oz can of Dulce De Leche
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Springform cake tin w/ greaseproof paper
Directions:
Blend biscuits in food processor with 2 tbsp olive oil
Melt 1 of the dark chocolate bars in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
Add melted dark chocolate to biscuits and blend again
Grease the springform cake tin, line with greaseproof paper, and grease the paper as well.
Pat your biscuit and chocolate mixture into the cake tin.
Add 8 overripe bananas to food processor and blend
Mix in the light cream cheese and the Dulce de leche.
Pour banana mixture over biscuit base.
Freeze overnight or until needed.
Move to fridge 2 hours before serving.
Grate the second chocolate bar and add savings to the top of your finished cheesecake.
